Format:

Get some friends together for a team or sign up as a single and get teamed up. Fun event before the real golf season kicks off...The Masters.
There will be team prizes as well as closest to the pin.
Corned beef and cabbage lunch after tournament.
18 hole – 4-person team “Shamble”. All team members hit drive. Select best drive and each golfer plays own ball to finish the hole. Three best net scores count as total team score. No minimum drive requirements (Las Vegas rules).
Handicap: 80% of March 15 handicap
Tees: All players – white tees
Pairings & tee times will be available Thursday before the event on the club website or by calling the Metropolitan Golf Shop at 510-569-5555 x3.

Cost:
|
$55 per player ($45 for green fee, pay at the golf shop counter the morning of the tournament. $10 for prize fund, pay at check-in table in the breezeway the morning of the tournament).

1. Rangefinders / GPS (distance only) measuring devices are allowed.
2. During wet or unusual weather conditions, please call the Metropolitan Golf Shop at (510) 569-5555 x3 to confirm tournament is still scheduled.
3. Club rules state that no-shows are responsible for paying green fees, and the rule is being enforced this year! If you sign-up but cannot make the tournament, you must contact Dudley Thompson prior to the tournament to avoid being responsible for green fees.
